Service and Support are core ingredients of alfamedia’s business philosophy, we are committed to the business of our customers.

Our helpdesk is at the center of our service and support. Questions and issues are received by a central dispatch service and logged with a call-number in our on-line support system.
A technical specialist is assigned to the call and most questions are quickly answered. Those that require longer time can be tracked by the clients directly via the Internet.
alfamedia’s helpdesk can be reached by European customers Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:00 GMT, extended access is available via support agreements
