Hessisch/Niedersächsische Allgemeine goes on-line with alfa MediaSuite
Since October 2008, the Ippen Group has launched more than ten on-line portals powered by the technology behind alfa MediaSuite. The latest addition is the website of the Group's Hessische/Niedersächsische Allgemeine (www.hna.de).
The HNA is one of the most important information hubs in the region of northern Hesse and southern Lower Saxony. With a total of 16 different local editions, its area of circulation extends from Northeim to the north all the way to Schwalmstadt in the south. The HNA has a daily circulation of approximately 160,000 copies.
With alfa MediaSuite, the on-line editorial team is now equipped with a powerful cross-media editorial system to supply the portal with content. It allows for swift, flexible and user-friendly web publishing. Together with the alfa NewsSuite Enterprise system, already firmly established in its print operation, the HNA is now equipped with an integrated, high-performance solution that covers all its editorial requirements.
